The PACS Master's programme is primarily aimed at BA graduates in the social sciences and humanities, but the degree is also open to applicants from other disciplines. However, a minimum of 30 ECTs must have been obtained in social sciences. Since PACS is a postgraduate degree, students are expected to be familiar with academic research methods.
Applicants with a German degree can submit their applications via uni online between mid-May and the 15th of July of the respective year of admission. Information on the requirements and the application procedure can be found here.

Decisions on successful applications are made on the basis of the submitted documents. The MA study programme in Peace and Conflict Studies starts in the winter semester of the academic year only.
